First off mother nature has not been kind with rain. The track finally started prepping 1 lane, but it rained. Sunday I gave in and decided to go to the track. Hoping weather would cooperate. As many of know I have been constantly testing the stock blower on my Redeye. I had went 8.9 full interior a few years ago with just Pullies and e85. Then I went 8.8 pulling the seats. Now I did a built engine and ported the blower with SDG and was able to pull off a 8.72. This wasnt a track rental this was an open test n tune with average prep. So I remember seeing, here I think, somebody posting some track videos of them running from a gopro mounted in the back under the car. You could see the rear tires and the fronts work as they launched and went down the track. Does anyone know what is a good mount to do this with your gopro? Hi there, We are looking at putting a Redeye crate motor into our Dragpak which currently has the 392NA in it. I have been reading over other post here in the forums and I thought id just share my plan. Its a 2010 Dragpak, weighs about 3100lbs and will be running a 3spd TH400. With Cecil cancelling racing again this weekend due to weather (the rain on Saturday I get, but Sunny and 50s is to Cold ) and MIR changing to TnT and gamblers race on Sunday a few of us changed plans and will be heading there instead. Got back to the track at MIR this past Saturday for an Altered Racing BWG Opener event with dig and roll racing for the first time since Oct 2019. Last visit I drove there, broke a driveshaft and got flatbed out to the dealer to replace the DS with my DSS aluminum one just bought a week prior. Was very meticulous of the wheel installs for Forgestar and MT tires to be ready to go with checked pressure and surface prep. Was likely a bit light on the burnout as it went a little left in the...
