Yes, you can get a tag every other year , but there are not a whole lot of bear in most of the areas and the pressure is high. I have been thinking about going that way . At least i can hunt bear every other year or three. In Zone A where my land is, it is a 10 yr wait. It is 243 mi. to my land in zone A. , but I can be in a 2 yr. zone in about 100 miles and have land in that area tooo,, but it's high ground and populated with houses.. We do get bear on the cams there too though,, but mostly in June.

Depends on what Zone you are going in (Wisconsin) , I believe you can get a tag every other year in some Zones

You can get a second season tag in like 5 or 6 years I think. I send in for WI, MI, and MN if a guy does it right you could bear hunt around every 3 years or so.
