We love a tasteful green, and we’re not sure how you get more tasteful than Porsche Brewster Green. The color has long been a favorite of the Porsche family, with Ferry Porsche painting any number of his personal company cars in the color. So, we’re guessing it’s a Porsche enthusiast who originally ordered this particular Audi exclusive RS 6 Avant. The car has turned up lightly used with 13,526 miles on it at Ferrari Maserati Alfa Romeo of Fort Lauderdale in Florida. It is an exceptional spec with the following options. This Audi RS 6 Avant has been specified with: – Audi Exclusive Color ..read more

In today’s episode of “You find the most interesting things on Facebook Marketplace“, we head to San Marcos, TX where someone has listed an Audi R8 LMS Evo II GT3 spec racecar that is purported to be actual car used in the Gran Turismomovie released in 2023. Yes, that movie centered around Nissan and its driving academy, but an R8 LMS did feature into the story and this is apparently that car. The ad reads: 2017 Audi R8, V 10 full race ready track car with full carbon fiber body and many race & performance modifications & sequential transmission. Not street legal. Too much to list. Next-Gen Audi Q7 Spied Testing

It’s an interesting time for development of internal combustion models like the venerable Audi Q7. Audi recently debuted a second model improvement (read: facelift) of the current Q7, though these test mules appear to show an all-new version of the 7-passenger crossover is being readied for production and with design locked in. This appears to be a production body with some significant camouflage intended to obscure the final look. What we can see on this new Q7 is split and stacked headlights like we’ve seen on other models including the Q6 e-tron. The grille is lower and wider, with pronou ..read more

Already at its debut in January 2022, the prototype caused a stir with efficiency and competitiveness. While it hasn’t been a closely held secret that Audi Sport hopes to sign Carlos Sainz Jr. to its F1 effort, some further details have dropped this week confirming further details about the offer that is apparently on the table. Interestingly, the source of those details is from the F1 dominating Red Bull team. Why Red Bull? Well, Sainz is currently set to leave Ferrari at the end of the season when Louis Hamilton heads over to the Italian team. Red Bull and Mercedes-Benz are also rumored to be courting Sainz Jr., giving the spaniard options though frustrating the likes of Red Bull who has ano ..read more

Is This the RS Q6 Sportback? We Think So!

Here’s another interesting test mule that turned up on industry test days at the Nürburgring, and we’re pretty sure it’s an RS version of the upcoming Q6 e-tron Sportback. Though the shape is very similar to the already seen Q6 e-tron and SQ6 e-tron, some key details seen peeking through the test mule’s camouflage seem to suggest there’s something hotter burning through. First off, the track of the mule appears to be wider, and it’s got fender vents at the front wheels much like the RS e-tron GT, RS 6 GT and RS 3… vents that the Q6 and SQ6 simply don’t have. The front fascia also seems to ha ..read more

It’s test week at the Nürburgring and our spy photographers have caught the Sportback variant of the upcoming PPE-based RS 6 e-tron out lap testing. This isn’t the first time the RS 6 e-tron has been spotted, but it is the first time we’ve seen it turning laps on an industry test day. We do note some key details on the RS 6 e-tron test mule. For starters, the front bumper is very different from the A6/S6 e-tron mules we’ve seen before. The fenders are also wider, with wider side sills, bigger drilled brakes and calipers, and wider wheels that look decidedly production. At the back is a small ..read more
