Hey Everyone, We have been working on the newest improvements on the  frame. We were never satisfied with the end result with the 2019 model frame, it had some major flaws. Now we have finally gotten to the final solution we always wanted to achieve. We have done some major changes which include: 1. Different locking mechanism, a completely different handle, with nothing sticking out from the frame. 2. The Future The company that has developed the bike has gotten into problems due to Covid and other reasons. We have decided to not continue on the same path. We are currently looking for partner who can manufacture and distribute the bike. From your feedback and own ideas we have made the following updates and improvements: Introducing the 2021 model Here are the changes on the (frame): – Disc brake on both rear and front wheel. Please also not the frame will still work with caliper brakes. – Cr-mo frame and fork + improved hinges. What hubs fit on the FUBi bicycle? The bike uses an OLD of 120mm with horizontal dropouts also know as fork ends in this case. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Fork_end -Only single speed hubs and internal gear hubs can be used. -Preferably hubs should be 120mm OLD. -Hubs of  up to 127mm OLD can possible be used, the chain-stay will flex so much. Hey everyone, We now open up for few limited orders. We have by now shipped to most of our backers. Because we haven’t shipped to all backers yet we will only offer a few for sale for a limited time. We now have 3 different frame sizes, two different colors and a single or 3-speed hub to choose from. The frame size 55cm doesn’t have open-able chain stay and can’t be fitted with belt drive. Hey everyone, Last week we attended the Eurobike exhibition in Friedrichshafen, Germany. The biggest bicycle trade show as they call them self. Our company was happy to get an award for the Category: (E-) Urban bikes & (E-) Fitness bikes. Hey Everyone, The purpose was to close the orders on Indiegogo since we are close to delivery. But after receiving a lot of inqueries, we decided to open up one last time at a reduced prices. Since the product is made in Finland and became to cost more to produce then we planed for. We now had to set the final price a bit higher than planned. The final retail price was set to 750€ before for the single speed version and a bit higher for the 3- speed version. Hey Everyone, We have now mounted the first frames (11pcs) and bikes, we got the first 100 frames from the paint shop, the model 55cm. We did this as a test assembly, we will weld all the frames ready before we start assembly all frames. The color that has been used are: White: RAL 9010 Matte black: RAL 9005 Please note that we will send out all products at once, so we will make all frame sizes first.
