My favorite corn-on-the-cob grilling technique

Let the corn grill for 3 to 5 min, then, when the leaves start to brown a bit from the heat of the grids, turn it over. Repeat the process until the corn has a brownish color on all sides. Once it’s done, cut both ends of the corn and remove its leaves and ..read more

Pellet Grills: Camp Chef vs Yoder Smokers
House of BBQ Experts Blog

By: Max Pellet grills have become a major trend in the past few years. Why are so many people so crazy about them? Because they’re efficient and reliable, and they let people slow-cook and smoke food (I’m thinking, among other things, of large cuts of meat, like briskets and pork shoulders, which turn out incredible on a pellet grill), without having to do a thing. What I mean by that is, you connect a pellet grill to the WiFi and access the cooking data on your phone. All you do is start it up, put your food on it, and you’re done—you don’t even need to even stand next to it. Now that’s the g ..read more

As the name suggests, firestarters are used to light fires. And they don’t just work with grills. You can use them with campfires and fireplaces, too.   What’s great about using a firestarter is that you don’t need any paper or kindling—just one (or more) firestarte ..read more
