I have the 'New Teams' client installed - latest version and with all the necessary reg keys in place, latest FSlogix etc installed.  In general it works OK, the app is retained between sessions and the HDX Optimization connects OK - but I have a fairly consistent issue in that if someone calls me, the audio doesn't work.  If I call them back a few seconds later, everything works just fine.  Not so bad when it's just a colleague but less good with a customer.   Anyone else seeing this and got any suggestions for resolving it?  It is very frustrating, it's like going ba ..read more

We are currently trying to get the MS Teams client to default to multi screen in our Citrix environment. We are running Windows Server 2016 with Citrix VDA 2203 CU3 LTSR   MS Teams client version:   The Teams client seems to default to the single UI meeting mode which is being retired in January 2024. This only happens using Teams HDX optimized mode. If I turn off the HDX optimisation then the client doesn't display the below warning banner:     Does anyone else get this same behaviour? Does anybody know when secondary ringer or HID support will be available for Teams?   I note that the secondary ringer apparently requires a future update from Microsoft but cannot find any information when or even if Microsoft are going to add this for Citrix and it is not there in version 1.6.00.11166 ..read more

Happens on a single host machine in my network.  Other hosts have no issues working with the same VDA steps to reproduce: have a 1 to 1 or group call over MSTeams from Citrix Workspace.  ask someone to share screen wait 20-30 seconds result: im getting kicked out of meeting. no errors reported. the call window simply closes/dissapears   not reproducible if im the one sharing screen   It was discovered that HdxRtcEngine on this host crashes when trying to set up videoOverlay:   [118.407] Feb 16 12:12:10.284 webrtcapi.RTCPeerConnection Info: OnSignalingChange ..read more

I've enabled USB redirect allow policy and the headset is recognized correctly. The next problem was that the mute button doens't work. Hi, we have noticed that users have been complaining of Teams not connecting calls, and calls they should have received not ringing in Teams.   After looking into this we have noticed that the users that have this issue do not have the WebSocketAgent.exe process running at the time of the problem.   if they restart Teams, the problem is fixed, and we can see that restarting Teams also starts the WebSocketAgent.exe process for the user.   Has anyone else experienced this?   Thanks ..read more

Hi all,   I'm curious how to configure e911 for WiFi. While subnets assigned to emergency locations correctly identify location for emergency call, BSSID linked to emergency location seem to have no effect. In the docs I found this statement: WLAN BBSID and {IPv4-IPv6; Subnet; MAC Address} of the endpoint where Citrix Workspace app is installed does this mean I have to link both subnet AND BSSID to specific location? our wireless network is not separated into subnets by locations how to make dynamic e911 work in this situation ..read more
