In my last order I received a 1oz bag and when I took a pinch to pack my pipe, it basically turned to dust. Bone dry, and with all the natural oils gone, it tasted like a cheap cigarette, at best. Emailed them about it, and sent them some requested pictures, and they agreed and are sending a replacement bag, and didn't have to return the dry one. None are bad by any means, just some that didn't do it for me in my search to see what I like, being a pipe newbie coming from the cigar realm.. Thought it might be helpful to people, especially newbies like me, to have a list of good, trusted vendors. I've bought a lot from smokingpipes.com and they are fast and with one exception of completely dried out tobacco just recently, which I plan to exchange when I hear back from them, they have been a solid vendor.
