✩ US Marine Sniper Leroy Joseph Carrera “Little Joe” with the 3rd Marine Division on Guam with his M1903 Sniper Rifle with Unertl scope - 1945
Born on June 8, 1925, Leroy Joseph Carrera served as a US Marine reconnaissance sniper in WW2, he trained on Guadalcanal and saw service on Guam & Iwo Jima as a scout in HQ Company 2nd Battalion, 3rd Marines. At one point he was also a scout attached to the 3rd Tank Battalion.
Leroy passed away at the age of 79 on...

Hello
I have purchased a aftermarket M84 scope from Waffenmeisters and have been unable to figure out how to zero it in. Does anyone have or know where i can get written instructions on how to do this. It is mounted on my m1 carbine using a military Redfield Rotary dovetail mount and ! inch rings which i have reduced to the 7/8 inch tube size. So I finally got my representative Pattern 1914 Mk1* W (T) sniper built. I had an original scope with rings and was able to get bases that only a handful were made in the UK from the original blueprints. I think it came out really well and was worth the extra cost and work versus using the typical repro mounts which aren’t even close to originals and don’t mount like originals. This is as close as you can get down to the BA threaded screws and Winchester fine rear sight. All I need to do is...
