I'm pretty new to fossil collecting, so I'm not sure that these are all fossils. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Looks flinty, with a pale pocked outside. Around the shape and size of a mussel shell, with a long stone inside. Could this be a fossil or just an interesting flint?
