My father brought this home as a souvenir after working on an episode of NOVA where they shot a bunch of footage with Jack Horner at a dig.
My father has since passed and so this was passed on to me. Only problem is I don't know what it is (other than, ya know, a tooth).
Seems like a long shot but could anyone identify what kind of animal (dinosaur?) it came from?

Basically what the title says.
So, I've seen multiple videos where concretions seem to be empty when split.
Is there any chance they were just split in the wrong orientation and there is actually something inside?
