In today’s episode, we are covering a topic that I have been practicing for years- dressing to create what you want at work.
Back before I discovered coaching, I used to show up for work in my home office in sweatpants. I didn’t get dressed for work and I didn’t consider how my attire might have been affecting my success.
But I realized that the way we dress is a powerful tool in creating the results we want at work. Our beliefs about ourselves and self image are reflected in the way we show up- and that includes our wardrobe.

In today's episode, I’m going to walk you through the 3 lessons- how to borrow belief, build a cohort, and coach yourself daily- and show you how ..read more

Hey Rockstars! I am SO excited for this week’s episode.
This week, we are diving into the nitty-gritty on how to say goodbye to anxiety, self-doubt, and stress. I’m going to show you just how to replace these thoughts with useful, positive thoughts.
Throughout today's episode, we will talk about how every thought in our brain is optional. Your brain is wired to do the easiest thing humanly possible to protect itself. I will walk you through a visualization exercise to demonstrate that the “Next” thing is not going to give you what you so desperately crave. You may be thinking, “I’ll feel les ..read more

So often we have big dreams for ourselves, but when our brains don’t see any evidence that they’re possible, we let them go. We haven’t achieved it in the past so we don’t believe we can create it in our future.
There are completely rational reasons for why this happens, but there are also many reasons why we’re able to overcome the doubt and move forward. When you don’t honor your vision for yourself, you rob yourself of the unique reason why you’re on this planet.
Tune in to today’s episode to learn all about why we struggle when we don’t have evidence for making our dreams reality ..read more
