I haven’t shot many bows, so I don’t know what I don’t know, just started in some lessons but want to get a bow so I can start practicing. Someone is selling lightly used and meets all my specs. They are asking 1400, seems like original cost was around 2300. There might be some wiggle room but just debating if I should pull the trigger or not …

I spend about as much money on hunting every year as I used to spend on heroin back in the day. Between new gear, upgrades, gas, food etc I was at about $10k last year. This includes scouting quite a bit throughout the year. It just kinda blows my mind actually. I did get a new bow set up though and that’s not an every year deal so closer to $7-8k. This is basically my only hobby. So what about you guys?

I’m looking at buying an Elite Omnia and was wondering what I should be spending on a one year old bow that’s still technically brand new. Everywhere local is still selling them for MSRP. In my mind, last year’s bows should be discounted… but! It has been over 10 years since I bought my last bow so I have no idea what the market is like on these things
Second part: Can anyone chime in on their personal experience with the Omnia?

What do you y’all think of the Elite E32? I have a Kure also and been debating on keeping this one around or not. Good bow or should I send it off?

I’ve had a tremor in my left hand (I’m right handed) ever since I can remember growing up. I’m going through physical therapy but it doesn’t seem to be helping much. I love shooting my bow i only started shooting about 3 years ago, and at first i thought my poor grouping would get better with time but after changing just about everything thats under my control my best groupings at 20 yards are about 2-4 inches apart and obviously it gets worse the further i back up. Should I give up and switch to a crossbow? I shoot a PSE embark at 60 pounds, with a CBE Engage sight, and a tru-fire thumb rele ..read more

Anyone used the versa peep by truglo? I got a new bow recently and will likely swap out my sight in the near future, seems like the versa sight could be a great option since I don’t have a bow press at home to swap out peep sizes.
Anyone have experience with it they’d be willing to share? Pros/cons?
