A video of some wing shooting with archery equipment. I have seen some Pheasant hunting done with a bow but knocking down pigeons in flight is pretty darn tough. I have noticed for what I would term snap shooting, many of these archers use lever bows. I have an older Oneida Aeroforce lever bow that I refurbished, it has really grown on me. Did not care for them at first but after shooting one they grow on you fast. The arrow tips are something I have not seen before. Some Hare hunting later in the video, there was a time when there were huntable numbers of Hare in NY.

I shoot right-handed and hold my release with my thumb to the left against my right-side jawbone. I press the trigger with my right index finger.
I see some archers that hold their hand upside down with their thumb on the bottom and the back of their hand against their cheek.
I cannot shoot a bow like that and wonder why some archers do. Is there some advantage to it?
