Placed an order yesterday to sign up to BT Full Fibre at home
Chose a date for the "engineer visit"
Order was confirmed.
Checked status of the order this morning and the "engineer visit" shows as "cancelled" "The appointment failed"
Any ideas as to why and what's happening ..read more

upgraded my fibre to the next speed and have received Smart Hybrid Connect do I plug this into my existing hub?
I got 2 bits of hardware each only has one CAT5 port. My existing BT provided full fibre hub has multiple cat5 ports which my PC etc are plugged into
are the 2 new devices just for boosting wifi, or do I need to plug one of them in somewhere to boost full fibre?
My pc etc do not have wifi so this is a problem, I also work from home and that device is also cat5d into the hub

Hi
Had BT package for 18+ months with Now Tv Ent package. App suddenly asking me to log in when I use on TV via BT box, but I cannot log in. When I checked BT account online I can see that the email associated with Now is wrong but I have no way of changing it. Therefore I can no longer watch Now.

Hi I am trying to access a few website I know are secure & OK, but for some reason my router is blocking them, as they work fine when I try and access them on my mobile via 4 & 5g? They either time out or say You Are Not Securely Connected to this site, they are radiogaga.com and buzzfm.es I've tried accessing them via Edge, Chrome, and Firefox and Safari, any ideas? A friend of mine is also on BT and able to access these fine, so it's just happening on mine thoughts? ..read more

trying to extend my wifi by placing a Halo Disc in a metal shed in the garden and it won't connect. Is it likely to be the metal that's prevent access?
