Members are invited to join us for Yoga Space on Wednesday 14 February, 4-5pm on Zoom.
Yoga Space is a platform for IY(UK) members to get together online to learn and share views and ideas on our yoga lives and practice.
At this session we will hear how practitioners have used their understanding of Iyengar yoga to recuperate from injury, not just physically, but mentally. We hope it will inspire any of us with injuries at the moment, or in the future.
Your own experiences will be invaluable and our panellists will start off with their own journeys to fitness.
