I recently ordered a bissel spotclean Petpro since it was -25% on amazon (ill put the link somewhere since im new on reddit too). Bissel has so many products and i dont know which ones are the right ones, i ordered 2 Oxy Urine remover because of my cats which is hopefully right and one that is called : Bissel Spot and stain 2x concentrated. Had a horrible car detailer that sprayed my floor mats with his pressure washer. He never drained his feed tank so there is all kinds of bacteria in the water. He put them back in my car wet in the heat. Had to call another detailer to get the smell out of my car but he couldn't get it out of my floor mats. he used citrus cleaner with a steam cleaner and then shampooed them and the smell is still there. Hey! I'm having some trouble cleaning this rug. It's a shaggy rug obv, and I keep finding small black dots within the fur. I've tried shaking it, and vacuuming it (even with the upholstery and carpet attachments.) This is my first shag rug and the research I've done is sorta all over the place. Should I purchase a certain sorta comb to remove all these black spots? Or something else? If it helps, I think the little black socks could be bits of socks residue, or maybe rubber off of under a table complacent on the rug a lot. Hi, We recently got a professional cleaning service. Our carpets got very stiff and clumpy with a residue. I put water on my own machine, rinsed and vacuumed the carpet myself. There were lots of soapy water coming out. The cleaners said “This is normal and Ecoguard”. Are they telling the truth or avoiding a redo job? Picked up this huge rug super cheap and plan on putting it in my new screened porch/sunroom. (sellers photo). The original owners say it is 2-3 years old but they are heavy smokers with 2 dogs. No dog urine stains detectable from either side but the smoke smell is intense. You can see really clean new looking spots where the rug was protected by furniture and not yellowed from what I assume is the tobacco smoke.
