I got some vacation approved for 3rd rifle as I’m planning on buying an OTC tag once they go on sale. What can I do in the mean time? Hello! I have my first wilderness elk hunt in MT planned this upcoming fall. This is a guided hunt with an experienced guide and another experienced hunter. I have hunted a few times ~10 plus years ago but I would definitely not consider myself a seasoned hunter. This guide is requiring we bring 3 guns, which we have 2 but I need to procure another. Hey guys I have a question or rather a couple questions I’d like to throw out there. I’m from South Dakota but I’ve archery hunted Elk in SD, MT, WY, CO, and NM I’ve only ever chased Rockies but I’m looking to try my hand at some Rosie’s this year.
