Just wanted to share a little win. I signed up for a free trial of Apple News a few months ago and barely used it. Despite setting reminders to cancel my subscription before it renewed, I forgot to do so and I was charged £12.99 yesterday ? I felt so annoyed with myself when I saw the notification. I'm not diagnosed but I'm totally sure I have ADHD. I relate to many many symptoms from content I've watched about ADHDrs and by applying self-consciousness I've noticed a lot of symptoms of neurodivergence. Any of you can relate? Here's the deal: I've been going to this gym for about 3-4 weeks now. I have this feeling that the female employees are out to get me. Seriously. One of the ladies (supervisor) literally has it in for me. I have done nothing to her, I can tell she despises me. The gym is mostly equipment/weights and mostly men. Hello ladies, I just thought that I could share this here since I was just recently diagnosed with ADHD and so many things make sense now, this one included. :UPDATE: Under ?? One of my adhd sensory issues is sound sensitivity. Something to do with frequency/loudness with certain things. I don’t know how to explain it but shit just bothers me so much I either have to go to another room or put on headphones, just depending on the sound.
