Hello all, I wanted to share an update on Real Estate Webmasters’ new buyer compensation tool. Here is the full video of how it works including commentary on how it is able to be compliant with the NAR settlement (should that get approved). https://www.youtube.com/embed/jen837lsXGw We already have several MLSs that have approved this tool, and the feedback has been 100% positive. We believe the tool to be 100% compliant with the spirit of the settlement. What does this tool do? For your own listings only…… You can now add offers of compensation to buyers brokers or buyers representatives. Thes ..read more

Hi everyone, I wanted to highlight one of our hot blog topics this week: PPC Assets, or previously known as ad extensions. It may seem like a tiny feature but they have a huge effect. So, what exactly are ad assets? They provide your ads with additional information and functionality that grab users’ attention and encourage them to click. Assets also enable your ad to occupy more space on the search engine results page, making it more visible. Some examples of ad assets include sitelinks, which allow you to add more links, call extensions, which enable users to call you directly from the ad, an ..read more

Any suggestions or tips would be appreciated! Here is the 2-column snippet that is worked fairly well responsively: <div > <div > What does ‘Team’ mean to The Funk Collection? Part of my role at the Carly Carey Real Estate Team is analysis: This is our 2nd month as a team, and overall I’d say things are going pretty well so far! March stats: 6 Deals Closed $4.6M Sales Volume $81,525 GCI As I dug into the numbers I found some interesting things: #1: 2 of the deals were from sphere/referral (one our new agent brought, and one we generated) #2: 2 of the deals were from “brand new” leads that signed up in 2024 #3: 2 of the deals were from leads captured in 2022 #4: I LOVE this one, one of the deals is a second deal we did with someone we already closed in 2022 (repeat ..read more

Changes to Pending and pipeline in deals for REW CRM
Real Estate Webmasters Forum
by Morgan

I’m just logging the deals closed, upcoming deals, etc for our newest agent (just over a month in, 4 closed deals!) And what I’m finding is Pipeline isn’t really reflecting what I expect it to. What it does right now is it reports deals that are “pending” (meaning subjects removed but not yet closed) and that’s not really what I intended with pipeline. What it “should” be reporting is the sum of all “not closed / not pending” deals. As it’s meant to be a projection of what you could sell if you closed all the deals “in your pipeline” Now “pending” is still an important number since it’s deals ..read more

Buyer commissions tool for brokerage websites - display custom compensation on your listings - Post NAR Ruling
Real Estate Webmasters Forum

Don’t want to constantly answer questions about what buyer agent compensation is offered (if any) on your listings? NAR Settlement got you down? This tool from real estate webmasters should help! How it works (it’s super simple!) First: Give it a label (You can custom name the field). (What do you call your compensation offer, or what does your state or board require you to call it?) - You can name it that. Then go grab one of “your” listings available on “your” website (has nothing to do with the MLS or what is coming in from an IDX feed). On each listing you can set the terms offered. (And ..read more
