unfortunately going to leave out Rakarth here because ive seen nothing of him in lore and results are an important option

Day 2 - Louen Leoncuer (Bretonnia)
Day 3 - Astragoth Ironhand (Chaos Dwarves)

I don't really want it to have any baring on the auto resolve but Jesus christ I can't stomach another siege battle in its current format

Doing an Elspeth play-through and started adding a couple airships to my armies and aside from just LOOKING glorious, they really perform well.
The single target harpoon ability x2 deletes a lot of lords or giants. You get sight lines and don’t have to monkey with terrain to get your gunpowder on target.
Really digging these things.
Combined with various tanks, ultra rocket batteries, insanely OP dragoons (mounted grenadiers), gun powder lines, laser dragon, and it feels like I’m playing warhammer40k already.
Assaulting cities is genuinely breath taking.

Hello, new DLC is pretty fun, Elspeth as a LL definitely feels strong, especially with the gunner upgrades.
There's quite a number of gunpowder units to choose from, regular handgunners, ironsides, longshots, cav gunners, as well as all the various artillery options. Can anyone explain a little more the niche of these units and maybe which ones seem to scale best with the upgrades?
Also what is generally a good ratio of what to include in a composition? Generally how many guns/artillery do you take in one army?

But HOLY SHIT IS IT A BREATH OF FRESH AIR. I personally love the empire, especially Gelt, but being confined to the Empire gets tiring. The fact that Gelt spawns in Cathay now and is best friends with Zhao Ming, not only does it fulfill that frame from the IE trailer of Gelt standing next to Zhao, but YOU ALSO CAN CHOOSE IF YOU WANT TO GO BACK TO THE OLD WORLD. I’m not really a fan of a lot of the colleges of magic mechanics, but I love the new ability to easily recruit Battle Wizards. Holy shit ToD really revived my interest in the game.
