I was reloading some .45 ACP and had several cases without a primer. Several times I noticed it while working, but evidently not every time. I filled out a ticket for the parts; disk, arm and spring and submitted to Dillon. Within 5 minutes I got a response saying the parts were on the way. yeah, i went to the recycling yard with a bucket of range pick up...mine as well as strays from other shooters. the guy at the recycling yard, uses a magnet to be sure no steel shell casings are mixed.. well, 1 BRASS?? shell casing WAS magnetized... it looks brass, and the website says they use brass. i saw the primer, it was brass as well.... guy said it must have a steel liner..???...he said he's seen brass like this before, not necessarily this brand. yet, the website also says... I previously loaded my 9mm with power pistol using 5.0 g and 124 gr bullet. I reloaded another 200 rounds the other day but mistakenly used titegroup at 4.5 grains.
