I have a new 6.5CM tikka T3 lite in a KRG Bravo. It shoots the 147 eldm and 130 tmk equally well with 1 1/8” 10 shot groups. My most of my hunting is white tail deer with shots 20-200 yards most in the 80-150 range. What do you guys think? I do not expect to take any LR shots (greater than 400yds) at game anytime soon. Consequently, I do not feel the need for a high BC heavy for caliber bullets. Picked up a box of 131 hammer bullets for the wife's 7-08. Already have loads for both 120 & 140 Barnes but nothing in the 130 weight class. Which powders and loads are working for anyone?
