So my dad has a 2018 Mini with an 8 speed auto. It has around 25k miles and he's had the car for just over a year. The warranty ran out at the end of March unknown to him. The car is financed on PCP. His car suddenly started having issues engaging gears. It would sometimes rev before the gear would engage then it was a harsh thud, like dropping the clutch on a low rev manual. So just had a BSOD, had a few and screen artifacts / black blocks randomly show on screen for a while, ran Aida64 under multiple tests with each option selected. Hardware Failure only when running test on just one of the ram sticks, using same slot for testing. It gives me a reason to upgrade anyway, so going to buy a 5800X3D and some new ram. Hello to everyone. I have connected a 3.5” 7200rpm SATA HDD to my pc juts for backup. My pc currently has 2x M.2 SSD on slot 1 and 2 in my motherboard. The problem is the SATA hard drive is not recognised by Bios and windows. I know that not all sata ports are working with my motherboard when it’s running 2x M.2 drives.
