Hi All,
Whenever I do an EXECUTE SCRIPT or ROUTE CALL in OD, there's always a 5s delay before we get the transfer.
Is this normal? Is there anyway to reduce the time it takes to transfers to another script or route the call ..read more

Hey All,
we have a number of promo announcements to be played whilst the caller is in queue. We would like to choose one of these announcements at random for the queued call.
We do not want to play all promo announcements, so it'd be some like;
1. Queue Call
2. wait 30s
3. Play announcement
4. Goto 1

Hi,
We made some tests with our One-X Communicator and it has some strange behavior.
I am facing an unexpected Retrieve CTI event from TSAPI in a consult transfer scenario.
As an example:
Customer call Agent#1
Agent#1 put the call on hold and called Agent#2 -consultation
Agent#1 conference\transfer the Customer to Agent#2
Now, Avaya reports Retrieve event for Agent#1 (in addition to the Transfer event). As far as I know, this is not the expected result.

I am trying to download call recordings audio files from the application server. the files are in .opus format. when i play them, there is no sound. when i play the files from the media manager web interface, it works fine.

I need to setup a voicemail server from the scratch because for more than a year I am chasing our local supplier (Authorized by Avaya) but there's no luck of success.

Hi Team,
We are getting these PAVB (03001 , 00191 & 03065) errors in our application. We thought that something was wrong in the code but when we test the application it was working fine.
While going through the Avaya Forums, we found the following description for this errors
"Well that error is issued when a new session is started in a node that is not "Start". You always configure OD application as http://host:port/<appname>/Start. Hi,
I am trying today to install the Certificate using Avaya IPOSE Web (7071 Page), but after applying it, the Media Server Page can't open, then trying to access it, always display, the following display page can't be displayed, note that the Media Server is Running and Pingable and the connection between it and ACCS is established when I dial the CDN number I can hear the prompt menu option and MOH? Som what's happened and How can resolve it.
