CNC with Accessories for sale has about 8 hours on the machine. Due to unforeseen circumstances I need to let this go as a package deal. I have the original boxes it was shipped in possible delivery depending on location. If you are interested in the table, it is mounted to we can possibly work out a deal. Over 3800.00 into the machine make me a reasonable offer. I also have the vetric pro software waiting on a response to see if this is transferable since I’m original owner. 1 post - 1 participant Read full topic ..read more

I am trying to create a G-Code program that I can re-use (drilling operation) without having to go back to F360 every time, but I can’t seem to locate any information on 1F or Buildbotics ways to accomplish this. I wrote a gcode program to calculate the proper positioning that I am after. It takes a row and column number as input and calculates the position of where my insert screws are located. So I need a way to capture the row and column from the 1F when running the program. The closest I was able to hack was going into the MDI tab and entering in global variables #<_col> = 1 #<_ro ..read more

Almost Always Find Zero & Work Position
Onefinity CNC Forum

I have had my fair share of issues since getting my Onefinity nearly two years ago, but I have found several fixes to keep me afloat. For this post, I want to talk about zero and reference points in the case of a malfunction, system reboot, unsaved data in VCarve (or others), etc… Let’s start with finding zero: You are in the middle of a carve, and out of nowhere, you lose power. If you are smarter than me, you made a small mark at zero with a 30-degree V-bit or something similar that you can return to for reference. If you’re like me and you skipped this step, you don’t know where zero is. Ma ..read more

Cut Timer on Buildbotics Display
Onefinity CNC Forum

I’m having a curious issue that occasionally occurs when running a cut on my Machinist. In the “Time to Run” box, the timer will occasionally say “Invalid Date”, and the countdown to finish timer is absent. I’m not sure if this issue involves the software (VCarve ver 11.5) or the machine itself. The cut runs without issue, but I’m curious if anyone else has experienced this or has a fix. 1 post - 1 participant Read full topic ..read more

Jabra earbuds may have caused an error

Greetings Y’all! Tonight I was setting up for a carve and ended up with an error in the run. I had thrice checked my files, depths, paths, etc. and sent it over to the controller via my network. Tool path simulation on the computer side of the control screen looked good While I was setting up the bit in my router & probing for XYZ I was listening to some music on my iPhone through some Jabra Ear Buds. For the first time ever the connection to the earbuds kept cutting out and or had static coming through. I am not positive but I thought I saw the screen flicker out of the corner of my eye ..read more
