FORMER Geelong small forward Cory Gregson has returned to the club, joining Andrew Mackie's recruiting department.
The 27-year-old is based in Adelaide and covering South Australia on a part-time basis for the club.
Gregson played 39 games for the Cats after being selected at pick No.47 in 2014 by veteran Geelong recruiter Stephen Wells.
The Sacred Heart College product was plagued by foot injuries related to the navicular bone during his time at Kardinia Park and required four rounds of surgery.

Sure we need players aka Atkins/Parfitt/ and to a degree Danger, re see ball get ball.
But i love watching Bruhn and now Dempsey, who see things unfolding and their "timing" of the release handball / kick, is footy nouse, which is a gift. Dempseys handball release after a bounce was perfect, ya cant teach that.
Bruhn, is he right or left footed? Being dual sided opens up soooooo many more options.
Well done to all this year, i am truly gobsmacked at what we have produces THUS FAR

Out: Dangerfield (Inj), Dempsey (managed)
In: Rohan, Stewart
23rd: Tuohy
Noting, that based on current form, it may be very tempting to also soft drop (i.e. manage) both Hawkins and Stanley for both Conway and Neale to come in.

As from the end of round 6 through to R16, seven of the nine games (one bye) are against the other six top-7 sides. Yes, the arithmetic is correct: we play Carlton twice over that stretch. Then, from R17 on, we play no one presently higher than 8th. Not sure that this is a good thing. I’m not getting on the conspira ..read more
