Hello again, looking to see what PSI everyone is running in relation to there tire size and weight of van. I’m running the new falken wildpeak a/t4 265/70/17 at 54lbs in front and 72lbs in back for everyday/highway driving. im a heavy 170” 4x4 at 9940 lbs at my local scale, 4360 front/ 5580 rear. So, after 3 years of research, I think I'm getting close to buying a '24 170 AWD. Lol, analysis paralysis! Are the OEM stock rear suspension leaf springs interchangeable (the same) on a 2500 single rear wheel 144” and 170” wheelbase? I did a search and what I found was either dated, or a an older model. That said the pricing I got quoted today for Service A wasn’t that different than what I did find (even dating back to 2018) - one dealer quoted $485 which is just the oil change version of the Service A, and the other dealer quoted $1385 (the Gucci version) which included an assortment of things that he rattled off like a fuel filter replacement. How are ya’ll mounting your Starlink V3. There’s a lot of options out there. Some are very expensive others are pretty reasonable. I’m looking to mount on the roof of a 23 Revel, I’d like to hardwire in to 12v along with a on/off switch. My 2016 4x4 was flawless. Left me with the confidence to buy my 2023 before driving it. This new van is disappointing to be sure. I am a lifelong van guy so I cant say I wouldnt buy one again but I would never buy one as my sole vehicle again (which this van is) or as a sole vehicle for an owner/operator business. The new van is better to drive and great for what I use it but I cant imagine taking this van into extreme situations even with upgrades and far away from M-B roadside.
