We are swapping the Pugeot BA-10/15 for an AX-15, but we are having a problem getting the tranny installed. Can't seem to get the AX-15 input shaft to go into the pilot bearing (or at least I think that is the problem). We lined up the new clutch with the pilot bering using a clutch alignment tool. Put the tranny in 2nd gear and on the jack. It goes right into the clutch splines when I rotate the output shaft of the tranny, but it just will not go into the pilot bearing. In other words, the...
