hello One of the ASINs was removed from the catalog due to the Amazon "Duplicate product" violation. However, our listing did not violate the "Duplicate product" policy. With the other violating ASIN, all the details (bradn name, title, model number, size value) are different. Under these conditions, ASIN does not violate any policy. As a result, the decision to remove our listing from the amazon catalog was wrong. We object to this decision from the appeal button on the account health page. Hello, we received a customer product reviews policy violation last week. I’m wondering how it came up because we are a wholesale/reseller business and have no brands of our own. We have no interest in gathering product reviews. We used to send automated seller feedback emails with a 3rd party service. It requested seller feedback, not product reviews. That was when we were a newer seller in the marketplace. We stopped using any sort of 3rd party feedback services over 3 years ago and haven’t used it since.
