I just replaced the hybrid high voltage battery in my 2006 Ford Escape Hybrid. So I am offering the battery pack to anyone who wants to come pick it up. I am not including the BCM or Fans because I just replaced those and I will be keeping them for spares. Included are all the battery sticks, connections and the case with service switch. There may be a failure in one or more of the sticks, but I have no way of checking them. The car was going into LOS status with a BCM code and a code for Fan #2. Hi folks, new to posting here but a long time lurker. I have a 2006 FEH 300K plus miles which I believe has the original battery. Recently I've been getting a service soon wrench light and Forscan says the battery mode goes into LOS and I have a loss of power esp at low speeds with an obvious increase in gas consumption. About a month ago I was getting an intermittent code for the blend door actuator. I haven't seen the code recently but I replaced the actuator anyway just to see if it fixes the LOS issue. Hello, just put a new remanufactured hybrid battery from Greentec.com in. IMA/CEL is gone now but MPG is only like 30-35 & it doesn't seem like the hybrid system is using the battery correctly. Its still re-calibrating itself often, Isnt autostoping at stop lights, Seems to only lightly assist on start outs up to 3k rpm & then stops sometimes, Sometimes doesn't recharge when coasting downhill or braking, but will sometimes decide to start recharging itself while climbing a hill, they said it was only on the self for less then a week before being sold to me. and the battery itself i kn ..read more

I had a really old Ford Windstar van that needed to be replaced. Found a Used PHEV a 2021 Pacifica Hybrid Touring L with approx 72,000 mile in Nov 2023. On my way to work yesterday, while turning a corner at about 10 mph or so my car made a loud clunk and jerked like I hit something, then shut off as in car would not accelerate like it was turned off but all gauges and accessories where still working. Check hybrid light came on (the VSC light is also on it had been coming on and off at times over the last month with a C0210 code for I believe RR wheel speed sensor) pulled over to the side of the road. Had a close to 6 year old battery. After jumping it & driving around it wld die again & again. Autozone said couldn't do a diagnostic bcs battery was to low. Was forced to buy battery to get diagnostic. Diagnostic said starter failed inspection. Couldn't they have charged the battery before I bought a new one to get a diagnostic?
