He said the order is "approved" and he will forward sealed order when he can "download from the portal." This guy has sent me dummy orders by way of service previously. I called the court. The NMO taken out against me was intended to be used to frustrate contact between me and my child. Ten months later we have unsupported contact and accusations of DV and DA have been blown off. So it's just a smokescreen now and still used for effect. Now I want to discharge this order that is like having a stink around me all the time. Need some advice please ! I have a court order which details I have my children every other weekend Thursday from school till 6pm on the Sunday evening. This extends during school holidays so I have them till the Monday evening at 6pm. I've just had my first cafcass report and they have suggested a section 7 can any body give me and idea if this routine and what to expect Ex states I'm no risk to children and so have I but since I left the social services have been involved I have zero idea on what's going on.
