Free Beer Glass Offer In Belgium, most beers have their own branded beer glass that come in various shapes and sizes. The beer glass is important as not only does it look nice, but it also enhances the drinking experience. Different beer glasses are designed to accentuate the beer aroma. Wider bowls allow more swirling of the beer, which in effect releases more of the aroma. The shape of the beer glass can also influence how the beer hits your palate and can therefore improve flavour perception. Get Fruity this Summer
The Belgian Beer Company Blog

Summer is finally here and our drinking habits tend to change, from the strong, dark Belgian beers we enjoy drinking in winter to more refreshing and light beers in the warmer weather. More recently, we are seeing fruit flavoured drinks gaining popularity, from fruit ciders, flavoured gins to fruit flavoured beers. Fruity beers tend to be lower in alcohol content, light and have a more refreshing taste, which makes them more appealing to a bigger drinking audience. Non-beer drinkers are more likely to try fruit flavoured beers as a lot of fruit beers don’t taste of traditional beer. There’s a ..read more

February marks our 15th year in business and I feel so proud of how much I’ve achieved and learnt during this time. Back in 2008, we were in a recession and I was a naïve 26 year old woman who had no experience of running a business, never mind setting one up from scratch. What I did have was a passion for Belgian beers, a complete and utter stubbornness to make it work and a strong work ethic, thanks to how I was brought up. Nothing in this world comes easy and if you want to succeed, you have to work hard! I started off selling Belgian beer glasses on Ebay from our spare bedroom, then got m ..read more

The family also own a separate distillery, which is where Gouden Carolus Whisky is made. Tours are available in each and are well worth a visit. So, what is Gouden Carolus Imperial Beer Day? On 24th February 1500, the Holy Roman Emperor – Charles V was born in Ghent. After his abdication, he regularly had beer delivere ..read more
