2008 XLR I HAD SOME DAMPNESS IN TRUNK AND ELECTRIC WELL ON DRIVERS SIDE CLEANED UP THE WATER AND MADE A PLASTIC SHELF ND DRILLED TWO SMALL HOLES IN THE BOTOM AND REPLACED THE EQUIPEMENT .JUST BE CAREFULL WHILE MOVING THE EQUIPEMENT NOT TO DAMAGE IT KEEP EVERYTHINK OFF THE BOTTOM .SO FAR SO GOOD WERE THE LEAK IS , I HAVE NO IDEA. I stupidly backed into a post at a gas station. It was too small for the backup detector to see and too low for me to see in my rear-view mirror as well.. at any rate.. that's my excuse, and I'm sticking to it. I had the fuel pump checked and it is working. It seems that when I pulled the fuel pump relay and fuse, after the engine did not start, it seemed to start right up. then a day or two later, same issue, engine engages, stumbles, then just turns over with no firing to start at all. Greetings: I'm a new 2007 xlr-v owner, i've had issues with the car draining the battery. battery is only 6 months old (delco) just bought the car, put the top down, worked perfect, cleaned interior, battery would drain down, i would jump start pulled the car out on driveway to put top up, nada...nothing. i can open the trunk with the key fob I'm thinking its a battery issue, but....once up and running why would the top not worky ? I own a 2006 XLR. Had it about a year. The more I read about XLR's, I see comments about upgrades over the production years. Could someone with more knowledge make a list?
