I hope someone can help me. I have owned a "New" Nintendo 3DS for a very long time. Unfortunately during that time I have been unable to use it because after a period of time ranging from a few seconds to a few minutes, the system was freeze up entirely and will not recover. Even when attempting to do a system update when I eventually get to the screen, it freezes. So we have a newer switch that I don’t think when we started up we signed in to any account. One game was played on it (TOTK) for several hours, game was almost completed. He then logged into the switch account he uses on the older console, on this new console. So we can’t access the save file for TOTK. When we check the data it appears to still be in the console somewhere. Question is-is there a way to access it while logged into this Nintendo account? If not, is there a way to log out of this account and go back to however he was playing the game before? I’m not sure if I am explaining this ..read more
