I have been a loyal Coinbase customer for 8 years. I have been happy with the service . Then in January of this year I started getting emails from the compliance dept asking for documentation of my finances . I provided all the documentation requested . Bank account statement, tax return etc. I have used the same bank account , email address and same ip address . I went back and forth for 3 months then my account was frozen for verification April 4th. I have made numerous calls to customer service and numerous replies to the compliance emails . Coinbase froze my account over 2 weeks ago as someone from Europe tried to hack into my account. Good things Coinbased froze the account. However, I have tried to unfreeze my account for the past 2 weeks, uploading my drivers license, passport at least 10 times and I keep getting denied. So, I'm testing out this EARN feature that Coinbase offers. I invested 100 euros in USDC, but I haven't received any earnings yet. It's been two weeks already.
