According to Gallup, 96% of chief academic officers at higher education institutions believe they are preparing students for the workforce, however barely one in 10 (11%) business leaders strongly agree that college graduates have the skills and competencies that their workplaces need. One goal we often hear from our college and university partners is that they want to engage students with career services earlier in the student journey.
