Hey guys, I've spent ages looking for an answer, and found the main cause to my problem... i think.. but just wanting to get more opinions on the matter, im not very mechanically inclined. I've got a 2008 Mazda 3 manual, got about 115,000kms on the clock. Every time I change into or out of 3rd gear too fast, the gear grinds. It doesn't happen if I keep the clutch depressed and take longer shifting the shifter. I am making sure the clutch is fully depressed, and it doesn't seem to change too... I have a 2011 Mazda 3. I turned it on a few days ago and the radio would play music but all of the controls (volume, select, skip) on the radio console weren't working. These controls occasionally come back to life for seconds to minutest then die again. I removed the radio to check for loose connections and they were fine. Hello! Has anybody had the following problem or maybe has an idea where to start troubleshooting? Basically, the hazard lights flash, but only if I keep the hazard button pressed with my finger. As soon as I release the button, they stop flashing. So the normal behavior - press once they are on, press again they are off - is gone. Hello Everyone, After having almost 150k miles on my car, my clutch finally went. Unsure if it was the stock clutch or not, but i still took it upon myself to replace the clutch own my own (Being 18 with limited cash flow I'd rather put it in for about $200 than have a shop do it for $750). I replaced the clutch, and now my car has no power, no dash lights, no dome lights, nothing comes on. I figured this was the best place for this question since it details an issue with the body. My 2006 Mazda 3s Hatchback w/ 2.3L has both the spoiler and wiper mechanism installed on the liftgate. This additional weight means I need more powerful pneumatic struts (lift supports) to keep the hatch raised. Got a stupid question. I am trying to see if some 215-45-R18 wheel/tires will work on the 11 Mazda s Sport. Everywhere ive looked theyve jumped from 205s to 225s. No mention of the 215s.
