Hello all. I wonder if any of you might have advice. I have a new Dual V3 and have been unsuccessful in updating the with the new firmware 1.1.6. Android and the app are both apparently current, but no matter what I try I cannot get the firmware to “take”. OTA fails on upload telling me to “reboot” the drone , which I have done (also restarting the v3 Smart Controller) numerous times. No joy. Hello. Just tried (yet again!) to update firmware to 1.1.6 via SD card (no joy via OTA). I'm assuming it loaded given the various LED blinking and color changes that went on for awhile. Now all four LEDs are solid green. Can I assume that means the update completed? If so, would it be okay to simply shut down the bird the normal way i.e. hold-in-the-battery-button for a few seconds? Just for sharing that, could be useful for others. I find a way for mirroring the Smart Controller screen on my MacBook Pro. For that I used TeamViewer on my Mac and TeamViewerQS (Quick Support) on the controller based on Android. With the official apk file downloaded from TeamViewer website I could control the smart controller screen from my Mac. This is for everybody in the world who owns the Autel drone. I’ve had two drones from Autel the V2 I had to send in for repairs. It came back, broken and not repaired. I believe Autel is one of the worst customer service support I’ve ever witnessed. With my V3 drone, I’ve had firmware problems to where you could not use hyper lapse orbit, hyper lapse or panoramic.
