In the case of a migration from a Hybrid account, Windows will identify the account as DOMAIN\user, so you will specify DOMAIN as the <OldDomain> in the config file.  In the same way, if you are migrating to an account in a Hybrid domain, you should migrate the profile to the AD account because Windows will identify the new account as NEWDOMAIN ..read more

So right now, the current user is DOMAIN\ABC123. In AAD there is no service account that matches, that can be migrated to.
