169. Intuition is like knowing how to drive a car
Clearly Kathryn Podcast

Let's get simple. If you know how to drive a car or ride a bike, you can grasp being open, letting go, and being in the flow. It's always simpler than we make it. When we are open, we realize we know what we need to know, and the rest we trust will come together like going from a street bike to a trail bike. Letting go is about letting go of worries and logical thinking about the differences between the two bikes and trusting, "I know how to ride a bike. I can do this!" In the flow is that sweet spot once we are open and have let go. Think of driving a car and being in the flow of traffic. You ..read more

168. The danger of Judging your intuition
Clearly Kathryn Podcast

We all judge its human nature. We definitely judge intuition either if it s real, can you use it for business, and what the heck is it really. I find the biggest issue with judging intuition comes from judging the messages we get from intuition and pushing it away because it doesn't make sense or seems like daydreaming. Ignoring it because it is not in context or not logical enough. For whatever reason, the reason we judge isn't the problem. When we judge, we less the message—removing the judgment and asking for clarification without any expectation leads to a str=oy a path forward—thnk of eac ..read more

167. Intuition Practical and Accessible
Clearly Kathryn Podcast

High stress can cause us to feel intuition is not accessible nor practical, but why when it has been so helpful during calmer times? When life is stressful, things seem more complicated, including syncing with our intuition, unless we are well practiced, and even then, sometimes even the best of us need to outsource to get back in sync. No matter what, intuition is always there to give the best guidance. Always accessible like the glasses to see, or knowing the sun still exists even when it's the darkest night. The practicality is the clarity and certainty in making the best decision which we ..read more

166. Intuition is best when detached from the outcome.
Clearly Kathryn Podcast

It is easy to convince ourselves that things are proving themselves true when we make logic and our desire to workout match up. Often we will go as far as voicing this to get more positive feedback from others. Intuition doesn't require proof or a story. It's knowing, trusting the next step forward. Following intuition often has no clear outcome. It is much easier to detach when you follow the path instead of building the path. Relax, be alert, follow the path, and allow intuition to lead;) Clearly Kathryn is excited to be included in the Top 25 Podcasts in 2022! Welcome to 166. Intuition is ..read more

165. Intuition is a skill like driving a car
Clearly Kathryn Podcast

Once you learn to drive a car, it's nearly automatic. You can relax and do what's now natural and listen to the radio, talk to someone, drink a coffee, and look at the area around you. Driving requires you to be relaxed and alert, looking for signs of where to go or when you need to react. Driving and intuition are similar to this. You need to be practiced enough to relax into it and stay ready to follow the signs and take action. It also helps to have a guide when you get a bit lost, like a map or GPS, because we can't be perfect all the time. Clearly Kathryn is excited to be included in the ..read more

164 Focused expectations ignore intuitive opportunities.
Clearly Kathryn Podcast

You have this fantastic opportunity with a client that will take you to the next level financially, a project that's just what you have been waiting for to scale your business. It's easy to get laser-focused on what you expect from the outcome and how it will all go. The steps, actions, and decisions to get there seem to be the only most important path. This expectation of how things you are willing to work out in focus to reach this ultimate outcome intuition is locked out. This is when opportunities can be dismissed along the way in order to make the one important focus HAPPEN. There are way ..read more

163. Decisions, dilemmas, options, and intuition
Clearly Kathryn Podcast

A decision needs to be made, but you're frozen. The last thing you want to do is make the decision. Where the heck is your intuition? When this happens, your intuition is there. It's telling you that you are overthinking and need more clearly defined viable options to flush out what intuition is telling you. Intuition is telling you to take a breath, change perspective and step back a moment. We all have these times, and your intuition will come through when you begin to identify options. 162. Has stress got your intuition down?
Clearly Kathryn Podcast

Imagine having a larger sewing needle in your hand, and you drop it in a pile of hay. That is what it can feel like when stress overwhelms us, and you know intuition is somewhere, but you have to find it in the straws of hay somehow. The hay glistens lie metal in the sun, so you grab at straws and begin to panic. This is how it feels when stress has hit an all-time high, everyone around you is panicking, and if you could find your intuition, is there somewhere you could find your path forward, but it's lost in the pike of hay. It is possible to sort through that hay and find your needle, your ..read more

161 Busting loose with intuition
Clearly Kathryn Podcast

I recently got hounded by someone trying to sell me a peak performance program to set goals and focus. It kept coming up, so I followed my intuition and checked it out. I KNEW it wasn't for me to sign up but something else. I let logic and emotion sneak in, questioning why this was standing out to me. It wasn't until later that I was ignited with innovation and productivity. I realized it was because I trusted my intuition, reviewed the information, and released logic and emotion, looking at it with no expectations or desire. Though it had nothing to do with the offer, there was something abou ..read more

We are constantly judging. It's this tape running in the background. Sometimes it is easy to ignore, and other times it's as though we are in a busy train station. To get to the clarity of our intuition, we need to slow everything down like a superhero focusing in on the one thing they need to know. We can do this by asking simple questions to push away all that does not matter and get to the certainty of our intuition! Clearly Kathryn is excited to be included in the Top 25 Podcasts in 2022!
