This might be some frantic straw grabbing by an investor who's struggling to see the sense in greatly reducing the build out of the supercharging network but here goes.
Who wouldn't want a company they're invested in to own and operate the largest EV charging network world wide? No more Shell, BP etc. petrol (gas) stations, only Tesla superchargers with other vehicle manufacturers paying a premium to join the Tesla Charging ecosystem.
