Had a quick look last night since I was in Criccieth anyway. As the article says, it's £16.50/night for max 2 nights. For that you get a space on some tarmac. There's a... Read more ..read more

If anybody is in or passing through the area, the Gingerbread Man pub allow free overnight parking. They don't currently offer EHU, but I wouldn't be surprised if that comes at some point. Hi folks, Anyone know what the current (March 2024) situation is with overnighting at Nairn harbour. We had heard and read in the local press that it had been banned but we’ve also found references to (a trial?) for vans to stay overnight for £10. Thanks ..read more

Hi I'm new to the forum. I'm looking for information on the situation for free overnight stays with a campervan in and around cornwall. I live in Spain and my partner and I are flying over in May for my brother's wedding in Truro. It's been a while since we stayed in a van and though we'd hire one from Bristol and travel around Cornwall for a week. (my partner has never been to cornwall). Any van hire recommendations would be greatly received. But importantly, how is it to do overnight... Read more ..read more
