Hi yep same here annoying sounds all the time. Can I ask you if you have a Kona N does your sat nav show you POI symbols actually on your maps I selected all POI but none show on my map I have Kona 73 model but registered in 24. Hyundai said it just needs updating so they did it got car back and still no icons for petrol stations and cafes parking road delays and so on. Any problems with your POI on your map? Faults & Technical • Gridserve charging issues Kona 24

Hi, First question and hopefully it's not already been answered I have looked. I have the new model Kona electric and have had no problems charging it except at Gridserve high speed sites, which is annoys they seem to be the only option at motorway services near me. I plug in use my credit card and it gives a few clicks and then says that they cannot communicate with the car I have had error codes 011 and 006 Gridserve have checked and restarted the charger but can't fix the issue. Is this common or do other Kona drivers have no problem? All other chargers seem fine. Statistics: Posted by Bobb ..read more

I have a 2023 hybrid 1.6 with auto box and I think it is fine. No different to other makes that I've had in the past. I'm getting 56 mpg average over the first 6000 miles that I've done. Statistics: Posted by Badgerman — Thu May 02, 2024 9:52 pm ..read more

Thanks for the replies - I've been away, hence the delay. Yes, I mean the RDS system that breaks into whatever you are listening to (radio station or other media) wilt local traffic news. The options menu has 'TA' checked and the TA icon is shown on the screen, but it doesn't work. Statistics: Posted by ianewest1 — Thu May 02, 2024 7:26 pm ..read more

Not dumb at all. The instructions are never clear from Hyundai!! All I can tell you is that I've updated by USB a couple of times and no problems. Presuming you get the correct model download on your USB needs to be 32GB+ as I remember and takes a while as it seems to download to your computer then copies to the USB. All I did then was plug in USB to the car usb port (the one on the right of the 2 ) no engine running and I dont think the ignition was on, it just asks you "update now" or similar. Tap Yes - and leave it. You get periodic messages but they flash by and easily missed. You think no ..read more

Jeffers, Apologies if this is a Dumb question. Am I to presume I have to have the engine running while inputting the satnav update via the USB stick, or do I just switch on the car ignition then plug the USB stick in the port and leave for a couple of hours? Many thanks Tamtoot Statistics: Posted by Tamtoot — Wed Apr 24, 2024 11:42 am ..read more
