Just a quick question as I'm about to embark on changing the oil in my Mk1 3.2 Litre TT. What size of replacement crush washer do I need for the sump plug? My drivers seat doesn't have a height adjustment lever. There is a bit of plastic in the hole that the handle fixes into so the previous owner must have been too heavy handed with it. Is there a way to adjust it from underneath? Or do I need to get a new handle? Btw ive tried various tools in the hole to try and lever it but with no joy ..read more

Hi there, for some reason, my automatic 2009 Audi TT 2.0tfsi base no modifications seems to be jerking in 2-3rd gear going into 4th when I give some gas, seems like it jerks 3 times quickly and then up shifts to 4th and then no problem onwards 4-5-6. Hi I have had a glow plug issue with my Audi TT 09 plate 2litre TDI. The glow plug warning light would go off when starting the engine as normal, then the engine would cut out and the dash would say SAFE mode and the glow plug sign flashing. I changed all 4 glow plugs for new and occasionally have the same issue, when it happens i lift the bonnet and wobble a few glow plug cables and it starts.
