I'm not sure if it's the right sub for this, but I'm looking for specific archives related to the small town in nazi-occupied France my grandfather used to live in. Pictures or other media would be my preference, but I'd settle for written documents. Ideally, I'd love to see what my grandfather described to me during the war era, perhaps do some colorization and show him some pictures. I'm not an academic, I've tried to look online for what's available to the public but I got really confused.
