I always get congested sinuses at night, so bad I sometimes can't breathe through my nose. That is, until I tried the carnivore diet for 3 says. OK, my stress test was inconclusive and so they checked further. Yeah. My calcium score is way too high. That means my arteries are gunking up SO! I have asked for an appointment, but scheduling is closed right now (it IS the 4th of July) and so until I can talk things over with my doc I am changing my diet. Google is my friend.
