I ran my bank balance down from £5k to £2k. I sent my bf £40 for Christmas but because I cried to him about my gambling habits he gave me £20 back which I feel really bad about because that was meant to be his gift. I’ve quit gambling now except the odd scratch card and bingo but I’m not sure how I’m supposed to make all that money back. I’m unemployed and disabled.

Made £4K yesterday and was over the moon but woke up this morning literally couldn’t stop myself from depositing and was doing stupid stuff like buying £400 spins trying to win something stupid and surprise surprise I lost it all. In 4 hours I get paid another £1.6k I rly hope I don’t just go an spunk it.

Literally a week ago I won 5k gambling I immediately put 2.5k into a CD so it’s impossible for me to withdraw unless I go into a branch otherwise the other 2.5 went right back to the casino and I feel so dumb about it.
I self excluded myself for 6 months, I’m happy I did and thankful I locked the money away otherwise I feel like that other half would have been donated back as well
Just can’t believe I spent 2.5k on gambling in a week. It’s sickening.

Hey!
I’m feeling bad today, long story short, yesterday I played 3k on an online casino and somehow had the luckiest run I ever had and got to 25k… that’s almost all the money I can put away in a year.
Like a stupid kid I just kept gambling and lost it all… I feel bad thinking about how I could’ve just get that money and had it in my investments and finally move out at 20 years old like I wanted to.
Feeling really shitty

28 year old woman and I started going to the casino more often lately and lost almost a 1000$… i know gambling is a poison and as much as I tried getting back the lost money and saw I was winning.. i kept playing more and more until I had nothing left. I have family members who are gamblers and Im trying to not become like them but I feel horrible at the moment. Why didn’t I stop when I was winning. Why did I have to put back all the money and lose? I know these questions are normal to ask but there is no way to get it back. And I know going back to the casino will only make me lose more. Banned myself from CT gambling and still ended up sports betting in NY. Already had an 8k hole on my credit card, just put it up to 10k. I don’t want to live anymore

I felt like sharing with you guys. In my country it's called "List of restricted people" and every casino will immediately know you're in there and not allow you to even login, perhaps it's something some of you could try.
