So, the wife was driving a Kia Rio she had bought new back in 2012 and it served her VERY well, so much so that the Rio never gave her a day’s problem except for that one time where I had to replace the camshaft position sensor at about 180 000 odd kms. Given the reliability, cost of maintenance and overall satisfaction she and I had with the Rio, another Kia was definitely on the cards for us. One of those threads asking for some opinions. My mom is looking at Seltos Diesel. Reasons why: - fuel efficiency, seems to be able to get consistently under 6L/100km. Barring a hybrid I'm not sure anything else that size could get around 5.5L - comes in a manual, she wants a manual - nice medium size, bigger than most of these small "SUVs" (like a Venue) that are barely bigger than a Picanto when you get inside....but also not too big for her like a Sportage/X5 etc. - good looking car, I agree Barring the price, looks like a almost perfect vehicle.
