My experience is in CRM and Product Lifecycle Marketing. So everything from Email Marketing to Project Management and the technical aspects of Marketing Operations, Project Management and Product Dev - battle tested with a vast portfolio of work. (yes it does seem like I’m just blasting out a tonne of industry roles and keywords but that’s exactly the point..I’ve used almost every CRM tool ..read more

This is something that happened a while back but since I found this sub, thought I’d ask. I’m just getting started with learning graphic design and thought it’d be cool to get some real world experience by freelancing. I had a gig recently (100$) to design a custom website. It was ~8 pages (excluding boilerplate like contact, terms and conditions, etc) and I drew it up in figma and gave them a demo. They were happy, I was happy, I sent them the file and an invoice. Then things got a bit confusing. They said they expected a working site. I said “my gig says I’m a designer”. I kind of understan ..read more
