Decided to build a Glider - totally rad design which should hopefully have also a rad Cl/CD ( I am ex Aero Engineer. Although never made and RC plane in my life, have done plenty of jobs designing and building ( other things ). Anyway - for the wing I have a very accurate Sktechup design for the wing with a few ribs, and carbon fiber tubes for frame / setting the form I want a foam core so one option would be to try to stretch and glue the carbon fiber cloth to the ribs, and then fill cavity with Pu later.... but i think will be bad result other option is to use foam and cut with hot wire ..read more
